Just another awesome way to start your day!

  • Flaxseeds
  • Organic dried abricots

Warm up the milk and add oatmeal and flaxseeds. Keep on stirring. Right before the milk starts to boil, take the pan off the heat and put the porridge in a bowl. Cut the dried abricots into pieces and add these, together with the walnuts and chiaseeds, on top.

Buckwheat yogurt

This is such an easy, healthy and delicious meal (breakfast or lunch).

Ingredients:
  • Soy yogurt (200 ml)
  • Buckwheat (2 tblsp)
  • Chiaseeds (1 tsp)
  • Ahorn sirup
  • Fresh fruits
Put the soy yogurt in a tall glass and add the buckwheat and chiaseeds. Mix it and put in refrigerator for 5-8 hrs. Then stir again and add a little bit of ahorn sirup and fresh fruits.

Deeeelicious!

Avocado's rule!

I love avocado! It's such a delicious, creamy, beautiful green nutrient-dense piece of fruit. Avocado's contain lots of good fatties, vitamins and minerals, and are therefore so healthy. You can use avocado's in a salad, in a smoothie or in a sandwich. Did you know that when you want to enhance the riping proces of the avocado, you should put it in a bag with some apples or oranges.

Here's one of my favorite and very simple avocado recipe.

Ingredients:
  • - 1/2 avocado, thin slices
  • - Wheat bread (or spelta crackers)
  • - Pinch of salt and pepper
  • - Optional: butter and other colorful veggies

Put the thin slices of avocado on your bread (or crackers) and add a pinch of salt and pepper to it.

Yummy!

Craving for chocolate

Sometimes I really do crave for chocolate. Yet just eating a random chocolate bar doesn't really excite me anymore. So here's a new way of enjoying chocolate, in a much healthier way!

Ingredients:
  • - Spelta cracker
  • - Banana
  • - (organic) dark chocolate spread
  • - Optional: strawberries and coconut flakes.

Put a thin (and even) layer of dark chocolate spread on the cracker. Cut the banana into slices and put on top of the dark chocolate. For extra flavor and sensation, add some strawberries and coconut flakes too.

Enjoy!
