Super salad


You need:

  • Baby leafs (I used veldsla)
  • Spinach
  • Walnuts
  • Avocado
  • Goji berries
  • Dried cranberries
  • Sesame seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Lots of love
Put everything in a bowl. Mix and enjoy!

Delightful dessert


You need:

  • Non-fat quark
  • Pomegranate
  • Pecans
  • Minty leafs
  • Lots of love :-)


Cut the pomegranate in half and break it open. Seperate the seeds from the peel and the internal white pulp membranes. Now mix 1/3 of the seeds with the quark. Put this in a nice tall (wine) glass. Add 1/3 seeds on top, together with pecans and minty leafs. Enjoy!

Brain food!

  • Pumpkin humus (home made, so divine)
  • Spinach
  • Slices of whole wheat bread

Tasty omelette



You need:

  • 3 eggs
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Smoked turkey
  • Old Amsterdam cheese


Wisk eggs in a bowl. Cut the smoked turkey in small parts. Do the same for the cheese. Add mushrooms, spinach, turkey and cheese to the bowl. Wisk again and poor in a pan. When bottom is good (solid), take pan of the heat and holding it in an angle. Put the spatula under the omelette and fold it. Put pan back on the heater for a few more minutes.  Enjoy!

  • Slice of fresh baked bread
  • Pumpkin humus
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Chives
  • Pepper (additional)
