This smoothie is so delicious and great for a quick filling lunch (or breakfast). The avocado is a great source of good fats and protein, which make you feel full longer too.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 banana (I prefer frozen, but fresh is fine too)
- 100 ml milk (soy, almond, rice, regular, whatever you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Optional: a pinch of vanilla extract and/or cinnamon
